If augmented reality is not displayed correctly on your device or not displayed at all, we recommend that you try the following steps:

- update the browser (Chrome / Safari);

- update your Android operating system to at least version 10, iOS to version 14 and try again!

In case your device does not support augmented reality at all, please try it on another device, for example, take a photo with Santa Claus on a friend's device!
